EV Power Module
Our indigenously developed high performance DC charging module, stackable module able to support up to 180KW. Specially designed for Indian operating conditions with IP65 protections, handles the temperatures and wide input range.
- It is an off-board EV charger.
- 3-Phase AC to DC Converter
- Operating power 30 KW, with three phase 323VAC to 530 VL-L input
- LV and HV mode of operation available, operating voltage range from 200V to 1000V
- Small output ripple voltage: peak-to-peak ripple factor ≤1%, Ripple valid value factor ≤0.5%;
- Monitoring control of EV charger using CAN/485 communication interface
Protection and alarm functions:
- Input over/under voltage, output over voltage, over current, over temperature protection, output under voltage alarm, output short circuit protection.
- Inbuilt battery current reverse protection circuit, Hot swapping, Inbuilt discharge circuit.
- Environmental test conditions as per AIS138 part 2
